Our Story:
Your Home 2 Ours, Inc. offers privately owned homes that are professionally managed by local Tennesseans—the Davis Family—rather than a large corporation. As a family of six, we appreciate the value of quality time together and understand the costs associated with family vacations. Over the years, our visits to the Smoky Mountains inspired us to acquire and renovate vacation homes, beginning with "Ski'n with the Bears" in 2019. Since then, we have expanded our portfolio, restoring multiple properties and managing not only our own but also those of neighboring homeowners who sought our services through word-of-mouth referrals.

In 2023, we attained certification as a Vacation Lodging Specialist company, providing property management solutions for homeowners seeking a family-oriented approach without the commitment of self-management. Our dual role as both owners and managers ensures each home is cared for with dedication and attention to detail. We are proud to be recognized as Guest Favorites and Superhosts on Airbnb, as well as Premier Hosts on VRBO.
